Pre-Construction Phase

All activities commence promptly as scheduled across all sites. Quality and progress during the construction phase are consistently maintained without interruption. All MATERIALs entering our system are accompanied by required Manufacturing Test Certificates and undergo testing at prescribed frequencies in external or internal laboratories. Untested materials are clearly identified, and any rejected materials are properly disposed of.

To support the daily testing of incoming materials, we have established a FIELD LABORATORY equipped with precise, calibrated instruments. Our rigorous maintenance protocols ensure that all essential PLANT AND MACHINERY are thoroughly inspected and maintained to operational standards before they are deployed. Our competent staff members are responsible for overseeing the operation and upkeep of all machinery and equipment, ensuring they remain in optimal condition for efficient processes.

During Construction Phase

Responsibility for overseeing execution is delegated to engineers and supervisors who possess the necessary authority, under the close supervision of the execution in-charge and Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC) Engineer.

This structured approach guarantees the consistent delivery of high-quality products throughout the project lifecycle.

For specialized projects and tasks involving external agencies, execution engineers and QA/QC Engineers meticulously adhere to predetermined quality standards and criteria, ensuring excellence in every aspect of our operations.

Post Construction Phase

After completing the construction process, thorough inspections are conducted to verify that the finished product meets all specified standards and requirements. 

These inspections are essential to ensure that every aspect of the project, from structural integrity to aesthetic finish, aligns with the established criteria and meets client expectations. The quality control process involves meticulous examination of materials, workmanship, and adherence to design specifications.

Any deviations or deficiencies identified during these inspections are promptly addressed and corrected to guarantee the final product’s quality and durability. This rigorous post-construction quality control ensures that the delivered project not only meets but exceeds the agreed-upon standards, fostering client satisfaction and long-term reliability.
