Workers on site undergo extensive training. This training procedure aims to assess and mitigate the risks associated with working at heights to ensure the safety of our workers which includes ensuring correct scaffold setup, providing ladders, and conducting regular inspections of all elevated equipment. Additionally, the training addresses safety protocols for tasks involving welding, which includes managing heat hazards, as well as working with electrical systems and operating machinery onsite. Furthermore, it emphasizes ensuring safety during the assembly of structural steel at construction sites. We also supply essential fall protection PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment) like safety helmets and safety harnesses.
